Sadi Sen
President
Mr. Sen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey.
He began his career as a physics teacher in Istanbul and has since gained extensive experience in education across multiple countries, including India, Jordan, and Chile. Notably, he was the founding director of two schools—one in India and another in Jordan.
In addition to his work in education, Mr. Sen has been an active volunteer in initiatives focused on intercultural and interreligious dialogue. He was a founding member and later served as the South India Director of the Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting peace and dialogue. Additionally, he served as president of the Foundation in Chile, an organization focused on education and fostering intercultural understanding.
With his diverse experience in education and intercultural dialogue across five different countries, Mr. Sen brings invaluable insight and expertise to the goals of the Insight Foundation.
Huseyin Farsak
Treasurer
Following the completion of my primary, middle, and high school education in Adana, I pursued my university studies in China, where I achieved fluency in advanced Chinese and English. During my time there,
I organized cultural events in both China and Taiwan. I am a founding member of the Turkish-Taiwanese Businessmen’s Association and have served as the economic enterprise manager for the Turkish-Chinese Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association.
Presently, I work as a warehouse manager in Pennsauken, New Jersey and a proud father of one son and two daughters.
Sevket Tutar
CEO
Sevket Tutar has more than 25 years of experience in administration and education and worked as a school principal for many years.
He significantly contributed to many educational institutions becoming operational. He received his Masters in Education from Osh State University in Kyrgyzstan and is fluent in English, Russian, Kyrgyz, Kurdish and Turkish.
He has been working as director of Insight Foundation, a nonprofit organization in South Jersey for the past 3 years.
Faruk Yilmaz
Member
Faruk Yilmaz, 30, brings a wealth of experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong technical and leadership background, making him a valuable member of our board at Insight Foundation.
With expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, Omer has implemented advanced language models and optimized large-scale systems for companies like Ford, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Samsung.
His commitment to innovation and performance excellence supports Insight Foundation’s mission of empowering communities through education, outreach, and youth and women’s empowerment.
Omer holds a Master’s in Applied Artificial Intelligence from the University of San Diego, along with key certifications in AWS and Data Science, enhancing our ability to leverage technology for impactful community programs.
Nur Tekin
Member
Nur Tekin is a 26 years old and dedicated educator and board member of Insight Foundation in South Jersey. Known for her commitment to cultural education and community outreach, she is passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding.
After earning her Bachelor’s in Pre-School Teacher Education from Ankara University, Nur came to the U.S. through a cultural exchange program, where living with an American family enriched her intercultural perspective. She began her U.S. teaching career at Edep Academy as a Substitute Teacher, mentoring young female students and creating an inclusive learning environment.
In 2023, Nur joined Insight Foundation as a Turkish language instructor, teaching 1st to 5th graders in Weekend and Summer School programs. Her classes helped young learners connect with their heritage and develop cultural pride.
Since August 2024, she has led the Outreach Team at Insight Foundation, managing interfaith dialogue initiatives to build community bonds and mutual respect. As a young, educator, Nur’s leadership aligns seamlessly with the foundation’s mission of promoting dialogue, understanding, and collaboration.
