Scholarship Program

Insight Foundation Mission:

The Insight Foundation Scholarship Program aims to provide financial assistance to students who are pursuing higher education and demonstrate academic commitment, financial need, and a dedication to serving and contributing to their community. Through this scholarship, Insight Foundation seeks to support students with their academic and educational expenses and encourage the next generation of community-minded leaders.

The student or applicant must meet the requirements and submit all required documents listed below.

Current Education:

Applicant must currently be enrolled in or entering one of the following academic levels:

• High School Senior bound for college
• College Undergraduate
• College Graduate student attending an accredited higher education institution

Residency:

Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible resident alien.

Background:

Applicant must demonstrate a connection to and active participation in their local community. Preference may be given to applicants who demonstrate a commitment to community service, youth development, education, leadership, or other activities that positively contribute to society.

Academic Merit:

Applicant must meet one of the education levels listed above and achieve the minimum cumulative GPA requirement:

• Current High School Senior: 3.00 GPA or higher
• Current College Freshman: 2.50 GPA or higher
• Current College Sophomore, Junior, or Senior: 2.50 GPA or higher
• Current Graduate Student: 3.00 GPA or higher

Required Documents:

Applicant must submit the following documents and/or applications:

1. Completed Scholarship Application Form
2. Current or most recent official academic transcript
   • Freshman college students may submit their high school transcript.
3. Proof of residency or eligible status
   • Driver’s License, Permanent Resident Card, Passport, visa documents, or other applicable documentation.

Timeline:

First Day of Accepting Applications: 08/24/2026

The application will open on the date above and to provide sufficient time for eligible applicants to complete and submit their applications.

Deadline to Apply: 09/30/2026

Applications must be submitted by the deadline above. After the application period closes, the Insight Foundation Scholarship Committee will review and evaluate all submissions.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Notification of Results: 10/01/2026

All applicants will be notified of the results by the date above. Selected applicants will receive additional information regarding the scholarship award and distribution process.

Scholarships Start: 10/01/2026

Scholarship awards will begin to be distributed by the date above to all selected applicants who have received an official acceptance notification.

Scholarship Distribution Criteria:

The amount of scholarship awarded will be determined by the Insight Foundation Scholarship Committee based on the following factors:

1. Financial need of the applicant
2. Academic performance and commitment to education
3. Past, current, and future volunteer involvement and community service
4. Leadership, community involvement, and positive impact on others
5. The applicant’s educational goals and how the scholarship will contribute to their future success

The Scholarship Committee will consider each applicant individually and determine the scholarship amount based on the overall strength of the application and available scholarship funds.
